We would never want to see one of our customers disappointed, so please let a counter manager know, what you would like to get later in the season and they'll put it on hold for you.	If you want to get something and you don't see it in our store, we can always try to special order it for you. This special service is also for VIP customers and we do everything we can to find it as cheap as possible from one of our vendors. If you have seen the item on the internet or in a newspaper, just bring us a print out, or give us a description, brand and any other features that can help us locate the item and order it for you. We give you a call with the estimate coupon value and if it's ok with you, we order it. Sometimes we meet problems trying to find a specific item for a reasonable price, that's why we offer another special service for our VIP customers.
